We all go through some tough moments when we can't control our emotions because of something or for no reason . in this post i tried to give the things i do when i feel so low and lonely:
1) Writing :
Writing helps getting rid of negative emotions , it makes you think and reflect and it's a very helpful way especially if you feel like there's nobody to here you or to be by your side . you can write on a piece of paper or on your personal journal .
2) A Cold Shower:
Take a cold shower , it improves blood circulation so that your brain have more access to oxygen and you'll feel much more relaxed .
3) Surround Yourself With People That You Love :
Some people tend to isolate themselves when they're feeling low and this is not usually healthy . besides , you need to be surrounded by your favorite people so that you can feel how much you're loved and blessed by having them by your side in your highs and lows .
4) Healthy Food :
Healthy and fresh food hold vibrational frequencies that will increase your vibrational frequency too and so you'll notice that you're mood is getting better and better .
5) Get A Pet :
Pets have a magical influence on the mood . They are the cutest thing ever that you can have . besides , they're smart and they know when you're feeling down .
6) Meditate :
Go to your room or to a place where you can sit alone then sit and close your eyes and take a deep breath for 15 minutes . Or you can follow a guided meditation if you don't know how .
7) Sunbathing :
We all know how much important Vitamin D is for the body but also it's necessary for the mood . so all you have to do is to take some time at the beginning or the end of the day (sunset or sunrise) and expose your body to the sun .
8) A Cup Of Tea:
Some herbs can do the job too . like camomile , lavender ...
9) Keep Your Mind Busy:
Do something fun or do some activities that may change your mood for a bit . Keeping your mind busy helps you get rid of any negative thoughts that they may be causing you the feeling down
10) Listen To Your Body :
Sometime all we need to do is to listen to our body , maybe it's just needing some rest , a nap ...

ReplyDeletethese things you mention I find help me, when I am down. Besides meditation I would rather pray. But also find St. John's Wort helps so much, an herb you can take. Going to Church and the music worship is great and uplifting. Being around horses. I love just being at the barn, hanging out with the horses and riding of course. What helps you the most when you are down? All these things that you wrote about? Cheers!
